Introducing Google Tulip

For Google, with Google Zoo

Google Translating the language of tulips

Holland is famous for its flower industry, producing more than 50% of all flowers in the world. The most famous flower of all is of course the tulip, a remarkable organism with capabilities most people know very little about.

Google Netherlands have utilized their unique position to take flower technology further than ever before. Working together with institutions like Wageningen University and Keukenhof they have taken Google Translate to its revolutionary next step: cracking the language of nature. Now people around the world will be able to effectively communicate with their tulips.

At Wefilm we have been fortunate to collaborate with Google on several projects over the years, creating films that present their latest breakthroughs in state-of-the-art technology. After the Self-Driving Bike and Google Wind we can now finally reveal Google Tulip. The app will launch on the 1st of April 2019 and allows users to speak to any tulip. Try it today and discover the amazing things nature has to say.
